<p>They try to make it as holistic as possible. If you think academic rigor is everything, go to a government run school in Singapore. Guarantee you that you will be more challenged (academically) than ever. Does that mean you would chose that over a heads gcm? </p>

<p>Hence it is above Milton. Though they are both ranked “two”. That means that the difference is small. Likely because of Harvard rank.</p>

<p>All stats considered, I would have to say Deerfield has slightly better Statistics than Milton, but Milton has better Harvard Placement. In case of SPS, It’s ranked #1 with Matriculation, but I don’t think sports is as good there , just an opinion. :D</p>
<p>I am but I have sent in the deposit for both Exeter and Milton. SPS = 1, yes. Why do you not like this ranking, DA not one? They have objective stats to prove it… I am content with it, and it is surprising that you are not. </p>

SPS = 34% 13, 9, 17 HYP nationally. (ranks)
Deerfield = 32% 17, 12, 18 nationally.</p>
<p>In terms of top boarding schools and matriculation Milton has a clear edge (HYPSM). That being said, other aspects (endowment, maybe?) bring Deerfield up.</p>

<p>Six, and eight for Princeton or Yale (cannot remember). </p>
