So I've been using Kaplan, Princeton Review, the BB and Up Your Score to aid my SAT prep, but none of these books seem to help raise my Critical Reading score. It's at the lower 600 range at the moment. [I've also been trying to learn some vocab] :(

In particular, I need help with the long, grueling passages and the sentence completion ones.

Can anyone recommend any books or guides for this section?

grammatix is wat many people recommend

I find that Rocket Review carries some especially good tips and strategies although it does not nearly provide as much practice tests as it should or practice sets for that matter. However, the book is already pretty comprehensive by itself so you should use it in accordance with the Blue Book. Also the author, Adam Robinson, seems to be rather indolent at the moment, not updating the vocabulary lists on his website as promised. I would recommend grabbing the book without the CD as it is much cheaper that way. Also, don't just work on the CR section, you should spread out for the other sections as well.

I hope that answers your question.

loli, what's his website link?
Thanks.

alright. thanks. (:
i think i'll go with rocket review.

for others who've tried Grammatix, was it worth the $50 ?
