I'm a transfer student, but am looking to change my major from psychology.
I found out I like science like biology, anatomy, and chemistry, etc. I've been getting high grades in all those classes. I am really behind in math, so something that doesn't require too much math (max I want to stay is 3 more years) and something that does have jobs at a BS level? The last real math class I took was literally 5 years ago and I do not remember anything and nor did I do well.
I heard general biology and general chemistry do not have much jobs. I do not plan on going to med school or graduate school. Thanks!

Any recommendations? Doesn't have to be directly related to biology, but have some.

Few science degrees can create good jobs at the BS level. Exceptions may include geology/geophysics, as they are often hired by oil mining companies to help search for oil wells, etc. Stuff involving terrestrial stuff.

Environmental Science (not studies) has a bit in it too, but I’m not entirely too sure what it all entails. Probably does not have much math, and has a lot of biology intertwined into it.

Computer Science is arguably one of the best in the “science” department but it’s literally an extension of math. Lots of advanced mathematics topics and whatnot.

To be honest, you’re pretty limited with such a constraint. Science degrees suck at the undergrad level, and those that are viable probably take a good deal of math. Not entirely sure on Enviro, but I’ve heard its pretty good compared to the other general science disciplines.

The only biology related degree with good prospects at the BS level is nursing.

Anything related to biology at the bachelors level will be swamped with failed Pre-health kids and those who were desperate to just get working. I’d say the best shot you’d have is biotechnology, but even that is a long long shot.
