<p>Im going to be attending cc next year for the first time. It's been about 15 years since I graduated High School, so I'm not sure what to expect. I just want to know which ones have the best teachers/programs etc. I live close to Miramar, but I heard Mesa and City were very good as well. Thanks</p>
<p>Miracosta college is excellent and may be better-funded than Mesa and City due to local tax
base but it may be too far for you-- I also hear good things about Palomar</p>
