cc's in SoCal that aren't having an absolute budget crisis?

<p>I was thinking about either going to a CC in San Diego (where I live) or going to SBCC. I really want to transfer to UCSB. Which cc would I be able to get classes easier, and which one has the most resources? The San Diego community colleges are having intense budget cuts, is it easier to get classes at SBCC? MiraCosta College?</p>

<p>nearly all the CC’s in california have had immense budget cuts, its just about finding who has the least amount of students and most amount of classes offered for you. </p>

<p>dont expect too much of a difference b/t CC’s though :&lt;/p>

<p>Mesa in San Diego was good for what I needed(ge). The only cuts were for classes that were filler or didn’t get put towards me transferring. unofficialcampustours.com.</p>
