Best cc to transfer into Univ Michigian

<p>Hey everybody, let me know if this is in the wrong place, I'm new here :) </p>

<p>I want to transfer into UM for aero engineering after 2 yrs of cc. I am currently in California and planning on going to cc in Michigian in order to gain residency and take advantage of the drastically lower in state tuition. Are there any cc's in Michigian with something like an articulation agreement with UM or at least a comparatively high transfer rate? </p>

<p>I don’t think you can gain residency because you need to show proof that you’re not just living there for school. </p>

<p>Your plan will not work, you will still be OOS for Michigan.</p>
