Best college for animation/special effects?

Can someone recommand me some college/university that have good future potential in the animation/special effects field? I have my eyes on the Art Institute of Philadelphia and Digital Media Arts College(DMAC), but i don't know if they are good or not. I heard that DigiPen is a really good school, but it's in Washington. I am trying to find college thats around the east shore. Financial is an issue though, so please indicates the average tuition for the college/university if possible.

thx pierre! i will look into it

I know someone who is studying animation at the film school at the University of Southern California (USC). He loves it. He showed me around the building where the film and art schools are (he was originally in the art school and then switched to the film school), and I was very impressed. A lot of successful people have come out of USC's film school. It's extremely competitive to get in to, but it is very, very good.

thx mollie! although it's kinda far away. but i think thats the kind of college i am looking for. I might go there for grad school :D
