<p>duke, wake forest, nc state, unc</p>
<p>NC State is the best value. Chapel Hill doesn't really have an engineering program aside from a joint BME program; Wake doesn't either. Duke is good for engineering but much more expensive than State.</p>
<p>Clemson offers in-state tuition if your stats are high enough. If you can get into Duke, they probably are. Georgia Tech is also worth checking out.</p>
