I have to agree with previous posters. Michigan is a lot popular than most of these college logos.
3 on the list is the Ohio Bobcats, Oregon was #4. Some may disagree, but this proud alum will gladly set the record straight! ;-)
I’m surprised Washington State hasn’t been mentioned yet. As a Husky, I have to grudgingly admit the WSU logo is one of the best collegiate ones I’ve ever seen.

@Coriander23 I agree with you. Washington State’s logo definitely tops my list! I’m so obsessed with it that I actually looked it up once to see who designed it (it was designed by a student in 1936). It’s so creative.

I like Old Dominion University Monarchs. The mascot is a lion king and the Football helmet has a lion shaped list the Old Dominion state (Virginia).

I believe that UChicago font is called “EF Neue Luthersche Fraktur.” Or, at least it’s in the “Fraktur” font family. I paid especially close attention to the “c” to conclude that EF Neue Luthersche Fraktur is likely the correct font.
I was curious about this myself!

Have always been a big fan of Princeton’s shield with the motto. A very true motto as well. “Deī sub numine viget” (Under G-D’s power she flourishes). It also looks REALLY cool above the entrance to the main part of campus in front of Nassau Hall.

I don’t see how any basic “letter” logo can be better than any other one. The Stanford S, the Michigan M, the Rutgers R, the Tennessee T, Nebraska N, etc, etc. They are all pretty basic. I like something with more style to it, like the Clemson paw, Texas longhorn, or USF’s bull logo.
