What about Tennessee and UConn? Best of the bunch in women’s basketball! ALWAYS some drama going on…

Stanford v Cal ftw!

razordad. Notre Dame hasn’t won a mythical national championship in many years and yet has it’s own tv contract with a major network. They still draw.

I’m partial to the MIT - CalTech. I enjoy the stories of the hacks they have done to each other.

^^^Sure, when you have nothing else, hack away!

“TAKE THAT SYRACUSE.”

Phead, JHU may have won two lousy gold medals but at the end of the end, what matters is how many championships each lacrosse team have won and how many players have been enshrined in the Lacrosse Hall of fame and if I can remember correctly, Syracuse have already taken that cake.

SO TAKE THAT JHU ■■■■■!!!

"You are fools! It’s all about the Paul Bunyan Ax at the Wisconsin-Minnesota game!

The oldest rivalry in Div 1A."

Paul Bunyan, my ax!!

“The Little Brown Jug” The oldest trophy in college football awarded annually to the Michigan vs. Minnesota football winner.

Well, one of my personal favorites is the annual Minnesota v. Iowa contest for Floyd of Rosedale, a bronze hog sculpture. The bronze hog commemorates the original Floyd of Rosedale, an actual prize Iowa hog won in a bet between Minnesota Gov. Floyd Olsen and Iowa Gov. Clyde Herring in 1935. The original Floyd was the brother of BlueBoy, the hog who appeared in the 1933 film version of “State Fair,” starring Will Rogers.

That’s right, a bronze hog sculpture. They sure do know how to have fun in these parts.

But it doesn’t beat Michigan-Ohio State.

The Holy War!

Good choice as well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holy_War_(Villanova_vs._St._Joe’s)

Used to be a great rivalry between LSU and Tulane.

Sadly, it was just announced that LSU and Tulane will no longer play each other in football.

Hopefully, we will keep the LSU-Tulane baseball games. I know that LSU has won many College World Series, but that Tulane team with Tommy Manzella, Micah Owings, Brian “Bogie” Bogusevic, and others, was awesome.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holy_War_(Utah_vs._BYU)

Yeah, but Utah is a state school. At least SJU and Nova are affiliated.

But those are both Catholic schools…

…And?

A&M and texas

Me love college hockey, as well. +1 for Miami U of Ohio :)

^^Did they ever choke in the final game last year! I felt so bad for them. So close to their first NCAA championship in any sport!

2009 NCAA Champs baby :D
