Can anyone enlighten me about which CUNY school is the best for undergrad business and the most widely known and recruited by companies????

Baruch is the best known.

I second that. Baruch is the best of the CUNYs, and may be the best even among the state universities.

baruch, hardest to get in as well

I have to join the crowd; Baruch is top of the list, as Frank Sinatra would say. And as Casey Stengel said, you don't have to believe me, you can look it up.

how does Baruch rank against other top business schools??
is it known outside of ny?
does the cuny system provide housing?

In terms of Rank, I can't answer your question. For graduate school, which is what rank is based on, it isn't in the top 20.

It is, however, VERY well-known both inside and outside the US. Baruch has a HUGE alumni base, especially in accounting and consulting. Despite the lack of ratings, it is well received by companies.

I can't answer the housing question.

Baruch followed by Hunter

However, other than the CUNY Honors College, I would not recommend ANY CUNY schools for undergrad compared to even state-run public schools like several in the SUNY system (like Bing and Stony)
