I’d really rather be on Upper, so which dorms on Upper are the best? Also, the BC site doesn’t have pictures of the individual dorms. Is there anywhere that I can find this info without visiting again?

you don’t get to pick which dorm you want, but they’re all pretty much the same. fitzpatrick/gonzaga are closer to class than claver/loyola/xavier/fenwick, but only by about a minute.
i took these pictures last year right before i moved out:

http://i42.■■■■■■■.com/2w4wuj4.jpg our closets

those are two drawers in the middle of the room

Like fraire said, you have no choice in the matter. No use in worrying what you’re going to get.

Frosh dorm assignments are a lottery, so not even worth your time looking.

You might even get the infamous Newton Campus, which, by the way, was a great experience.

why is it infamous?

newton campus is a satellite campus where about 40% of bc freshmen live. It is also home to the bc law school. The other 60% of freshmen live on upper campus.

With newton you have to take the bus to get to main campus and classes and such. They have buses running on a constant loop and they run until 2 am.

Newton supposedly has the best dining hall at BC as well.

The whole newton vs. upper thing is really not a big deal. It becomes a fun rivalry and everyone ends up loving where they live no matter what.
