Ok, so here is the predicament. I am apr sophmore in high school and I really want to pursue one of the BS/MD programs: however, I am unsure of the classes which I should take. My school offers the following classes: AP Biology, AP Chemistry, Honors Anatomy/Phisiology, and an Independent Study in Organic Chemistry. I need to fit AP Physics 1 in as well. I can take a total of 4 classes including AP Physics 1. (Current Class:Honors Chemistry: 95% avg; Past: Honors Biology: 90% avg (Harder teacher than HChem; Middle School Classes: Accelerated Life Sciences (Biology) and Acclerated Physical Sciences (90% Chemistry and 10% other related Physical sciences) 97% avgs) Which set of classes would the community reccomend (for application to a BSorBA/MD program? Thanks!

You are going to have to take Organic Chemistry, Biology, Chemistry in college even if you take them AP.
I would take AP Biology for sure…after that it is up to you. I don’t see the need for Organic Chemistry at this point.
