Best Major for pursuing a career as a "Financial Analyst"

<p>Its a straightfoward question. What should i take up finance or economics? Liberal Arrs College or Ivy? Which is better : Finance at Princeton or Economics at Grinnell??</p>

For Wall Street, you would want to attend an elite school and major in a quantitative subject. For many other financial analyst positions, you could do well with a finance or accounting major from a good state flagship university.</p>
