Hi, I’m doing my application to northwestern now, and I put chemistry as my intended major. However, I’m really undecided about what I want to study. Math and science are my favorite classes, so I was thinking chemistry or math as a major, but I would really just put down any major that has the highest acceptance rate (within my interests/abilities). Does anybody know what the best school/major to apply to is?
Education and Social Policy, then Weinberg.
@marvin100 Although those schools have the highest acceptance rates, OP would have to have the best “fit” in each college and can’t just blindly apply. My advice for the OP is to apply to whatever schools your ec’s and essay fit with generally because those show more dedication. Sorry it’s a little late of a response now but what did you end up picking @ OP
Sure, and agreed, @CCSenioritis
@marvin100 @CCSenioritis thank you both! I ended up applying to communication sciences and disorders. I talked about wanting to go into dental school (I read online that the program has a big push towards the medical field), and an interest in neuroscience. Do you think this might be enough discussion of the “fit” that they’re looking for?
