Hello,
This topic probably has been discussed somewhere on the forum, just can't find a clear answer.
So, the kid is finishing first year at Yale, now considering options for summer storage. The mail from www.allcollegestorage.com sounds pretty convenient, just wonder if this would the best option.
Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

At least when D1 attended, kids can also store a limited amount of boxes and furniture in a room in their RC.

Go to the Parents thread on this forum and use the Search function for ‘storage’, you should get some hits.

p.s. I deleted your post on the old Parents thread, please repost on the current one.

thanks!

There are off-site storage places on Dixwell Avenue and in East haven that my kid rented over the summer. Some advertise that you can use one of their vans to move your stuff but I think my kid just used a friend’s car. This si not as cheap as using the college storage option you mentioned above for your overflow but it is cheaper especially if you share the locker with a few friends.
