Kinda unrelated, but I have to carry an Epi-Pen with me wherever I go (peanut/nut allergies). At my old school I kept one in the nurse’s office and then just had another in my backpack. How many pairs should I bring to BS and how would I carry them on me?
You should for sure contact the student health center about that. Regardless of what school you are attending, all schools need to be notified about any allergy serious enough for you to carry an Eli pen and they need to make sure they know any medication you need. Aside from that, boarding schools have different policies regarding how medications can be handled. At some school, all medication must be kept at the student health center and at some school you can self administer. You do need to check in with your health center because you can get in trouble for having unregistered prescription medication with you. @applejuice007
