Best Public Schools for International Affairs?

I know the top overall schools such as Harvard, Columbia, Johns Hopkins, Tufts, and Georgetown, but I'm not dropping 45K+ a year for a degree, what are some public schools with good INTA programs? I've heard UC Boulder's is good. I'm guessing UC Berkeley and Michigan's are fine too. What else?

College of William & Mary is excellent and has a joint program with the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. (!!!) W&M is often referred to as “the first public Ivy”.

I’d also take a look at American University in DC.

UCSD has a great program in International Affairs and in Comparative politics.
