i've heard everything from fruits to granola bars to poptarts. what do you consider the best SAT breaktime snack?

poptarts!!

haha this is interesting
i like to eat balance bars (cookie dough flavor)

I bring Granola Bars. :)

I take the test like a man and don't eat or drink anything.

But seriously, anything that isn't messy, loud, or disgusting will work fine. There is no miracle snack that will increase your score.

Slimfast!!!!!

Whatever you'd eat before a game, meet, or whatever sport you play.

Red Bull or Monster as an Energy Drink.

You'll concentrate much better and won't get fatigued from the test.

IT DOES WORK!

I usually bring a monster (to wake me up) and I buy some type of cheap little snack at 7-11 that's going to help my blood sugar.

I usually go with trail mix. Even though it's pretty bland, it's something to eat that won't make your stomache feel queezy.

Your favorite snack.

lol im gona try out redbull and some energy bars before i walk in to oct sat..

Idk if drinking a redbull at the beginning is a good idea. It'll cause a crash since the SAT is 3 hours and 45 minutes. The best time to drink it is in the last hour of the test.

fries and a coke.

energy drink!

equil, i meant that im gona try those out on a diagnoistic qas ,before the saturday of SAT, to see if it works well XD

chocolate =]

I brought a whole bag of baked lays and a huge Coke from QuikTrip... :] Ate everything and got a 2300 with no studying :] I'd say it works.

double cheeseburger =)

fried chicken.

lol @ all these answers
