Best Schools for Econ/PoliSci

I'm not sure if this is the best forum for an American looking to go to a Canadian school but whatevski. I'm looking for recommendations based on my likelihood of being accepted into them as well so here are my current stats (I'm a junior in high school so they're very incomplete):

Junior Year: 4 (weighted)
Sophomore Year: 3.75 (weighted)
Freshmen: poooooop, my old high school was an awful place.

AP US History: 4
AP Politics & Government: 5
AP Lang Comp: 4

Community college grades (so far): Econ 201 - A, Phil 101 - A,

Extracurricular:
I did Debate once. If this is important, I'm screwed. I find almost all extracurricular activities to be trite and not worth my time.

Volunteering:
I spent 40 hours volunteering for the Idaho Democratic Party for the 2010 elections. I'd guess that this would show an important activist streak for someone who is looking to get a degree in PoliSci. I also do some volunteering at a thrift store.

Rec me up some Canadian colleges bros. Oh and I'm Latino. I'm assuming that Canada doesn't have affirmative action programs to the extent that Americans do for obvious reasons, except for natives.

i’m a senior canadian student and i don’t see any problems with you applying to canadian universities…i’m assuming you’re going to do BA,and well the best ones for polisci i’d say is u of t, queen’s and mcgill. mcgill literally says they look only at marks so don’t worry about bad EC’s or anything and even those three ap scores is way above the average of what an average canadian student does, so well i see a 100% acceptance as long as you keep up good marks!

Thanks for the input mayne. I’m a big fan of Canada, the only thing that makes me wary of going to school there is that I’ve read/heard that the quality of education at an average Canadian uni is worse than that of one at an average American college and I’m just worried that I’ll be competing against too many great Canadian students at the better schools in Canada and I’m not sure if I would want to go to one of the more mediocre ones. One of the main reasons that I want to go to school in Canada is that I want to get on the fastest track to emigrating there asap. I can wait if it means I’ll get a better education here in the states.
