From my research, it seems like fashion law is a small, but growing niche in the New York area/Europe, so I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to share their wisdom/experience/thoughts on this discipline as well as provide any top-tier schools for Fashion Law?

The Fashion Law Institute, the world’s first fashion law center, will provide legal services for design students and designers, train the fashion lawyers and designers of the future, and offer information and assistance on issues facing the fashion industry.

I wouldn’t go to Fordham for “fashion law.” I wouldn’t go anywhere for “fashion law,” really. Small field means few jobs available, and law school is awfully costly for such a risk. If you can go for free and have little to no opportunity costs, then maybe. Go intern at a “fashion law” boutique or firm to see what it’s like and get some experience on your resume. Look where their new hires went to school and go there.
