Best social/real college experience CSU or state school in California

What CSU/State school has the best social/party features in californina? I just don't want to go to a boring school that doesn't so much outside of school. I'm a senior in high school

San Diego State, but it’s hard as hell to get into unless you live/go to school in the area. If you just want to go to school to party then you shouldn’t be going honestly.

I agree with the above, but Chico and Sonoma State are also residential campuses.

What does a residential campus mean?

Most students that attend live on campus. Usually this definition is relaxed to mean that most freshmen live on campus as opposed to commuting from home.
