I'm already applying to SDSU, Cal State Long Beach and Cal Poly SLO. I was thinking about Cal State Fullerton but the school just doesn't fit me. What other school is good for business? I'm also really out going so I was kind of hoping for a party school, I want a full college experience

Chico State has an enormous party scene.

Thank you so much I was actually already looking into this school! @wenhen

As you are probably aware, those are the 3 most selective CSUs. Chico is less so but, still somewhat selective. (3.25 CSU GPA and 1100 M+R SAT)

There’s no queston you can find a party there but, it ain’t what it used to be on that front. All on-campus housing is dry and they really do kick students out for pot and alcohol violations. Several were booted the first week of school this year. Lots of students live on or near campus so, there’s always something going on.

Other campuses that have a freshman residency ‘requirement’ and credible Business degrees are Pomona, Sonoma and San Marcos (maybe Humboldt too). Though not many students live on-campus Sac State and SJSU, their proximity to metro area can mean a hopping night life.

Common data set F1 shows frosh percentage living on campus:

98% San Luis Obispo
90% Sonoma
85% Monterey Bay
84% Humboldt
63% San Diego
62% Chico
56% San Jose
51% San Marcos
50% Pomona
29% Sacramento
23% Long Beach
