after much considerable debate, i finally decided that i wanted to study abroad in paris:) but i'm having a tough time choosing between the different programs like IES, CEA, and CIEE or just going through my school program, which is EAP. so based on any personal/friend/family experiences, does anyone have any suggestions or advice as to which one i should go on specifically for paris?

bump?..

I have heard fantastic things about Columbia/Reid Hall’s program. Check out abroad101 for some student reviews- hopefully that will help you figure out the best program fit, and you can contact past students who attended the program with any questions.

Let me know if there are any other ways I can help!

Hey! I studied abroad in Angers, FR last year. Although it wasn’t Paris, I do want to warn you that colleges in France can and will go on strike. The students mostly run things. My school, L’Universite D’Angers, went on strike for over half the semester.

I still learned a lot and had the time of my life, but it took a while for my grades to come in, and I had to wait a semester to graduate.

Paris is AWESOME!! You’re going to have a blast no matter which way you decide to go!

thank you for helping out:)
