Best SUNY campus for Learning Disability Support?

My high-school age S has a somewhat unusual learning disability (perceptual motor) but usually performs at or above grade level, with appropriate support and accommodations. Does anyone have experience with LD support offices on SUNY campuses? Any special recommendations about which of the SUNY campuses is likely to provide the most comprehensive support in terms of tutoring, accommodations, etc.?

I don't know about other campuses but I know SUNY Plattsburgh bends over backwards to help disabled students. Tutors, Alternative Testing Environment, Alternative Classes, Student Support Services, the list goes on.

Thanks. Anybody else have opinions about this issue?

Just ancedotal, but I knew a girl who went to H.S. with my kids who was very bright, but quite severely visually impaired. She first did a year at our local community college, then transferred to Potsdam, where she is doing great!
