<p>So for those who've read my situation, some of you may agree that my rejection from University of Washington was a bit...unusual, and a lot of stuff happened that eventually led to the rejection.</p>
<p>But my main question is...when would be the best time to send them an appeal? After April 15th when all letters should have been sent? Before then? From what I've read about UW, they have an appeal committee that reviews all appeals late April...so should I wait till then or send it in ASAP?</p>
