<p>I believe the paper-based is the easiest followed by the computer and internet. There are many parts of the world where the internet toefl is not administered. The computer toefl is manageable. I used barron's how to prepare for the toefl and I scored 300/300. So you might want to use the book as it prepares you for all the three types of toefl.</p>
<p>Computer-based toefl is a hour and a half longer than the paper and it includes a composition section in your score. The paper reports the writing score seperately. However the computer-based toefl is computer-adaptive and the questions are structured to suit your standard in english. This way your score is maximised. Thus, I would strongly suggest you take the computer-based despite its apparent difficulty.
