<p>I wanted to know what are the best uc's, especially for a history undergrad. I know I can get into any uc, and ucla and ucb are a slight reach for me. </p>
<p>Also is it harder to transfer between uc's than from a cc?

<p>UCB and UCLA have the highest-ranked History departments, and are the only two UCs that are nationally ranked for History. Yes, it's harder to transfer between UCs than from a CC, because CCs get first preference.</p>
