On the UC application, I'm prompted to rate form 1-5 which college I'd like to attend. I have no idea how to recognize what college would be best for me.

I'm a communications major btw, does this matter?

^ I don't think that it really matter, but the main differences is there are certain requirement for each of the six colleges. Visit the UCSD site they have information/faq about the six colleges.

thank you nancie.

My friends tell me Muir has the least additional requirements. ERC has the nicest facilities but that doesn't really matter for transfers, and everyone seems to abhor 6th.

since you're a transfer you're going to want to pick the colleges that have the fewest requirements. major doesn't matter. it doesn't have an effect on where you live either, since you don't get on-campus housing anyways. try this -

muir

warren

marshall

sixth

revelle

erc

thanks, yeah i didn't know what the difference bw colleges was so ranking them was kinda hard for me.

yeah same here but heard muir was the best one
