Going along with US News's A+ Schools for B students, what are some A+ undergraduate programs for B students? Of course you have the ivies and Chicago at the top of a normal list, but what are the top economic programs for the rest of us?

Rochester. And any state flagship.

for B students?

While Rochester isn't a "B student" school, I can see where Cayuga is coming from. Its econ program is far more reputable than the rest of its programs; when compared to other schools with similar overall prestige (W&M, Lehigh, Wake) it has a superior econ program (not to knowck on thesse other schools, W&M is better than UR for humanities, Lehigh is at least equally strong for engineering, etc.)

bump bump bump

Rochester is no longer a B studnet sdchool...i agree with 2-Iron
but i have to add that it isn't just their econ department. All of the departments are good. They are really well known for their Poly Sci, Neuro/cognitive science porgrams, and they have a reputable bio program too
really good school
