Best undergrad Political Science?

<p>I want a city. I want a GREAT school that gives away nice amounts of money.
Current GPA : 3.7
AP classes. 8 by the time i grad
All honors.
4.9 weighted ?</p>

<p>GWU has a very good Polysci program.</p>
