Best US History SAT Preparation Book?

I have heard several times that the AMSCO AP US History book is the best, but it seems pretty outdated

According to the website below, it looks like the book was published like 4 years ago... Should I consider it outdated or is it still very useful? I'm currently using the Kaplan one, but I heard its not the best...

Amazon.com: United States History: Preparing for the Advanced Placement Examination: John J. Newman: Books

This was the book I used for the AP Exam and I swear I read it twice once before the night of the exam and I got a 5 on the exam without any hassle, infact the information in this book made it so that the entire Multiple Choice section was a complete joke!

AP United States History (REA) - The Best Test Prep for the AP Exam: 7th Edition (Test Preps) (Paperback)

Its sold on Amazon. It also has an excellent 8 week timetable in preparing for the exam. All round best book and only book (besides your school textbook) that you need for preparing for the exam.

i used kaplan, got an 800. as long as you know the review book, you shoudl do fine. (also, review what you did in class)

nothing "outdated" about amsco. the AP exam/SAT hasn't changed, and neither will it test you on the events of the last four years.

use AMSCO. i used it and got an 800 SAT 5 AP just this year.

Amazon.com: Kaplan SAT Subject Test: U.S. History, 2008-2009 Edition (Kaplan Sat Subject Tests Us History): Mark Willner, Joann Peters, Eugene Resnick, Jeff Schneider: Books
I read that that was one of the best...

I now just need help getting a Bio review book (I took Bio 2 yrs ago)

I use kaplan too and it's a great review book.
but how accurate are the six tests in the book?

I'm using both AMSCO and Kaplan. We'll see how I do, but they look really good :)

Speaking of which, where can I find the answer key for AMSCO?
