CR is all about WORDS and REASONING.
As for the Words, you gotta be armed by a lot of college-level words. Best source is Barron’s How To Prepare For The SAT’s 3500 list. If you are perfectly done with these, I can guarantee you 17 correct Sentence Completion ques.s out of 19.

As for the Passages, you need to be a REALLY AVID reader, s1 who is familiar with the American culture, in order to finish the passages in an appropriate time. Plus, you need to have REALLY HIGH reasoning skills, which you may acquire by a lot of practice and knowing where and why did you get a certain answer RIGHT or WRONG.

If your aiming for a 700, I suggest you pick up a copy of DH instead of Barrons, I find Barrons is better fit for someone who wants a perfect score. You should be able to answer about 15 out of 19 correct, at the least, for SC. Afterward you can spend time on doing CR practice tests to get better at the passages instead of learning more words.
