I always have hard time starting the essay and with the introduction..
Can you please give me an effective way to write intro?
Thanks!

Some people use hooks. Others start the intro with direct thesis.Personally, I prefer the latter so that I don’t lose time trying to write an amazing hook. You can easily get 12 starting with thesis from the beginning.

The intro paragraph is supposed to give the rest of your essay a strong foundation. Make sure you state a solid, clear answer to the question, presenting your thesis and further support for that thesis. Don’t go into your examples, but you might want to give some vague introduction to them. Really just write whatever comes to you first at the time. If you can think of a thesis right away, do that first. Just make sure you are constantly either writing or revising, but mostly writing.
