Brita water bottles are the most handy for me. You just need to change the filter every three months.

Yakyu Spirits- Oh, I understand that. But the water doesn’t come from my local tap. So therefore, it doesn’t taste off. I’ve gotten more used to the water at my school, but for the first year it definitely was bad.

…from the drinking fountains?
I wasn’t a fan of our dorms water, but I strangely enough some of the other drinking fountains on campus in various buildings had a better taste to them and I just would use them to fill up with… eventually got used to it.

I just drink tap water. Unless you have concerns about the water being contaminated by pollution there’s no reason not to. Even hard water is completely harmless.

Buy water bottle

Go to water fountain to refill bottle

???

Profit

It’s not rocket science.

Just get a Brita pitcher. Mine doesn’t filter that slow and the filter only requires changing once every few months. It’s certainly easier than trying to heat the water.

Keep the pitcher full by adding a little water to the top after you pour a glass. That way water is constantly filtering through it and doesn’t run out as quickly. I shared one with three other roommates and we never had problems with it.

So my English teacher did not lie! People from Wisconsin do say bubbler.

On topic: Find a drinking fountain (if you dislike the ‘from the sink’ idea) and fill up a few bottles.

Well, I’m not a college student yet, but what has helped me is using an Adidas bottle. You just fill it up to the top with water, and then keep it near you and on your desk or something. Mine can keep up to 4 cups of water. Also a great idea if you’re lazy.

Yeah…definitely getting a water filter.
