Better to keep awful math II score or take math I?

Lets just say my math II subject test score was in the low 600s… I’m just going to deal with it because it was my second time taking it (first time was freshman year) and I don’t wanna take it a third time at the risk of not doing significantly better for GU, which doesn’t participate in score choice, and I was in ap bc calc last year which isn’t even on the math subject test. I also took the chem subject test sophomore year and got 660, but not having had chem for years, I don’t think I should retake that either even though it’s also low.
That being said, I think I’d do well on math I since my ACT subscore for math was a 35 and my counselor said that the ACT math is more similar to the math I subject test. Since math I is lower in difficulty, will it look bad if I take that after doing bad on math II, and presumably do well on this one, or if I just don’t take it at all?
Also, I’m looking to go into bio and my bio subject test score was 760 for the first sitting, so will the biology be any more “important” than math/chem because of my chosen major?

Thank you!
