@Gapyearguru - Congrats on UNCSA waitlist. It is a short one. My son was on that list last year, and now his is finishing up his first year there. It is a GREAT school. Worth the wait. – Fingers crossed for you.
As to the UNCSA HS program , it has been run totally separately from the college program including how students are notified. With the new dean in place , I think the HS notification program is being totally revamped this year. Ughh so sorry about how strung out it was last year… it took so long for so many people to hear either way. Frustrating!

FYI: if anyone is waiting on Ball State they started reaching out today though email for BA programs & phone calls for BFAs (at least for those I know who were contacted).
Anyone know how Texas State BFA Acting notifies student it is rejecting? I am starting to see people report priority holds. We have not heard anything and I am trying to understand what that could mean.
@FamLawTX if memeory is correct, last year the priority hold email was sent to everyone placed on PH at once. Then official offers were made in the following days. No’s came out after through either email or get accepted. There was movement in the PH group through early May. A couple pages back in this CC thread there is more discussion. This was last year and I know Head of the dept is on developmental leave this semester so things might not follow past years exactly. Hope this helps.
Thank you @vpvpbp . My S and a male classmate have heard nothing but a female classmate received rejection email this week. Do they do the deliberations for females separately from males, I wonder?
@workinggirl25 @NYDreammom My D received acceptance into LIU Brooklyn BFA for Acting Film and Television this morning via email. I have been reading about this new program and also about the New Group - sounds like an interesting option!

@NYDreammom fyi It came as an attachment to an email with academic acceptance. She thought it was just academic and not program acceptance until she opened the attachment. Good luck and keep me posted

@HPDbfa - my D and her friend got declined from Otterbein about 1.5-2 weeks ago she auditioned for them at Chicago Unifieds
I get Informed Delivery emails from the post office (where you can see what is in today’s mail). There is a letter from Ithaca. Will have to wait until this evening to hear, but it is just a letter, not a package. Has anyone gotten an acceptance from them yet?
@2artskidz If your Ithaca portal is still active, you’re probably still good.
