@VASkydog Thank you for the Fordham info. Yes is does seem eminent now one way or the other. Trying to focus on the acceptances and not the ones outstanding. D feels like Fordham is a fit in every way, but I know if she doesn’t find her home there she will elsewhere.
@nyermom @jrutledge We are also waiting on Pace. I’m still hoping that all of the calls have not gone out, but I don’t have any information to share. Good luck to all.
Just did a portal check for CalArts and found WL letter! D has not received an email about the update yet, but it looks like the status changed yesterday.
@dramama3 @nyermom @jrutledge We are also stuck in Pace-purgatory waiting on some kind of decision from Pace Acting and FCTV program. This waiting is really emotional torture for all involved. Seems like it would be much more humane to either announce a decision via a portal for everyone to be able to access at once, or have calls go out on the same day so that you know if you didn’t get a call on that day then you will almost certainly be receiving a rejection letter.
@dramama3 It does seem like FCTV has been been very quiet. I may have missed some, but it seems like only one or two acceptances were reported here on CC since Monday. There were a few for Pace Acting last week. I’m trying to be subtle about asking my daughter if she’s gotten any phone calls from unknown numbers this week. She’s not as clued into the process as I am (thanks CC!)
Congrats @actinghopeful! This portal vs email vs phone call business is making me crazy. I wish I had set up a unique email account that both my D and I had access to. As it is, I try to only ask every few days about checking her portals.
My D has not heard from Pace FCTV either
We r still anxiously awaiting word on Pace FTVC.
I am a basketcase and so is my D. Please post if you have heard from them. Inquirying minds want to know if we are should be anticipating the dreaded rejection letter at this point.

Kudos to point park for handling notifications so well! D was deferred to BA performance (which actually looks like a good program). But it looks like they’re notifying everyone at once. What a beautiful concept!!

For Pace FTVC people - D was an Alternate last year & we finally got a letter on 3/23 - the waiting was torture!!! I feel for you. And we kept getting general calls from Pace over the weeks after the acceptance calls were made and before she received the letter. She auditioned for Acting & FTVC, but really only wanted FTVC.
@MTmom2017 - thanks for sharing - so your D got accepted by snail mail notification? And never received a personal phone call? Was she told prior to this that she was an alternate?
@SoCalPops she had no information at all until we got the letter from Pace. She knew the acceptance calls had been made and she didn’t get one. The letter said she was an Alternate. Sadly, she never came off the list. Someone with a child there may have more information, but they made it sound like she was next in line behind someone with an acceptance. Once we saw the composite of FTVC freshmen, there was someone who looked just like her!
@socalpops last year my D was an alternate for MT. She did not find this out until the snail mail arrived on 3/24. She was ultimately accepted on 4/28.
My D also receieved Baldwin Wallace BFA Acting acceptance today via email. 
I need to post on acceptances, too, I guess. Also wanted to say that I appreciated them emailing everyone on the same day - and giving advance notice that it would be today
