BFA In Writing For Law School?

I've always wanted to go to Harvard Law School (I want to work in global human rights) but my first passion, and what I want to pursue during college is writing. Yes, I am applying to Ivies but if I don't 't get into one, I may chose to go to Emerson College in Boston to get my BFA in Writing, Literature, and Publishing (is poses the most emphasis on writing).
If I do get into an Ivy, or another one of my top choices like UChicago or Duke I'll most likely stick with those and major in English or Philosophy with a Writing Minor.
I know with an English or Philosophy degree from an Ivy or Tier 1, I'd have a good chance.
But my question is, if I got my BFA from Emerson, with a 4.0 and got 175+ on my LSATs, would I have a chance at Harvard Law?
I'm sort of stuck between my two passions right now and I'd like a little advice.

Another thing I wanted to add, since I can’t edit this. Would anyone have recommendations as to other creative writing programs or ones that would be better in relation to my long-term goals for law school?

Undergrad school has next to no importance to Law School admissions. Type of undergrad degree may, but as long as the program is reasonably rigorous (which emerson’s is) then a 4.0 and high LSAT won’t keep you out of anywhere. But a 4.0 and high LSAT are extremely hard to do even for very smart people. It takes a lot of work and may not necessarily be worth it.
