<p>Do you think this in manageable? The way I think...is that I might as well get it out of the way, because my classes are only going to get harder. </p>

<p>I can't say if it's manageable, but you can rest assured that you're not going to be the only person with that kind of schedule, because I have a very similar schedule, except that I'm taking chem 6b and math 10c. =x</p>
<p>I read in a post written a few months ago (just search for bicd 100) and read that it's not that bad. My chem TA says there's a lot of math in that class though. And I can tell you already that math 10b and chem 6a are decent classes; just do your homework and you'll be fine.</p>

<p>depends on your professor for genetics. if you have brody/nesbitt, you're effing screwed. if you have soowal, she's ok from what i hear. if you have ghiara, he's really easy. if you have reinegal (sp?), she's the easiest, from what i've heard.</p>
<p>6a = just learn the material, it's really not that bad. lot of math (but the entire 6 series is math-based), some stuff on orbitals, electrons, some physics thrown in...</p>

<p>did you already take AP bio? Because Chem 6A is a pre-req for BILD 1, and BILD 1 is a pre-req for BICD 100.</p>
<p>i didn't take ap chem in high school though i did take the exam. i got a three, but i currently have a 94.25% quiz grade and 100% midterm grade (two midterms) in my chem 6A class (first course of a three-course general chemistry sequence). similarly, my roommate who scored a 4 on the ap chem has a 95% quiz grade and a 94% midterm grade. what's interesting though is that there were roughly 25 A's (out of 665) from each midterm in our class. it would be hard to say if the course material is as or more/less difficult than that on the ap chem exam.</p>
