So my enrollment time is coming up and I'm in a bit of a pickle. Here are the classes that I'm fairly certain about taking:

PHYS1A w/ Onuchic
BICD100 w/ Smith
CHEM 6BL

I'm not sure if I want to take HIEU117A (for my History minor) or CHEM140A (w/ O'Connor). Any suggestions? I'm a Microbiology major, btw.

take ochem. it’s always better to stay on track.

Just know that O’Connor’s 140A class only has two grades - a midterm and a final.

I did Genetics, 6bl, and CHEM140A at the same time and got all A’s in them.

Very very doable. Don’t be an idiot and don’t procastinate

if anything just dont take bicd100. its more important to be on track with ochem. The “better” professors stay on a 104a-140c Fa, Wi, Sp track, with a lot more professor options if you stay on it.

If you start ochem in the Wi, usually you end up with first time professors or bad professors like kobayashi or gianneschi

Also, ghiara is teaching bicd100 in the winter. Hes the easier professor you can take genetics with. I was in soowals ridic class with a friend who flat out failed. Next quarter she took ghiara and aced it without really trying
