Im applying early decision 1 to NYU and their deadline is Nov 1st. Im still taking the Oct SAT, my last one. But i was wondering if i have to rush report the scores when i get them on the 24th of october or regular report. I know there is the option of using the free report when i sign up, but i am afraid that my score will come out to be lower than my June SAT(2000) and will hurt my chances of getting in. So what should I do? Report(maybe rush) it after i get my scores or just have it set it to the free report option when i sign up?

Well, you have to judge for yourself how certain you are your scores will improve (more prep, etc.) vs. how important the $ of free vs. paid rush reporting is to you.

Don’t worry, when you sign up for the free score, it will send all previous scores also. NYU would look at your best scores and superscore them. You don’t need to worry at all.

Thanks, also this is kind of off topic, but i didnt want to create a new thread
The question is: If i send in my 1780 from dec, and 2000 from june, and also hopefully a good score from the coming oct sat, will the jump from 1780 to 2000 be considered and be helpful to my admissions process?
Just curious
