<p>about a month before the academic update was due, i had submitted a petition form for a class i received a "WU" in with extenuating circumstances in hopes of getting the mark changed to a "W". I thought i had that in the bag, so on my Update i submitted my grade as a "W". Well, i just found out this morning that my petition was denied and that the "WU" remains.</p>
<p>How should i go about telling the UCs what happened?</p>
<p>Am i done for?</p>
