Can i EA at MIT (non restrictive) and ED at Penn?

Yes, but if you're lucky enough to get into both, you're going to Penn.

Oh ok. Ya i knew that second part :d. Can you answer me this too? I am wondering about recommendations... a couple of things. For one, someone says that Penn (it may have been MIT but i think it was Penn) requires 3 recommendations. One teacher, counselor, and "humanities". Is this true?
Also can someone tell me at how to do this whole recommendation buisness?
I am basically asking, do I print off some form on the interent that a teacher can follow (if so does anyone know the site? i tried googling)? Or do I just ask them, "can you write a recommendation". If I ask them, then all they have to do is write one right? After that they can copy as many as i need. Sorry for this great wall of text. Thanks for the help.

P.S. If anyone knows a great site that teaches about Letters of recommendations please post it. Thanks again!

I think they meant that one counselor, one science/math teacher and one history/english teacher. History/english makes sense for a humanites rec. Talk to your guidance counsellor or school's college counsellor about recs and application stuff. If your school does not have either (which I doubt) or if both suck at their jobs (which is possible at some public schools) the I would talk to the admissions people and explain that you dont know anything and that your school doesnt know anything.

I'm pretty sure Penn just asks for two academic teachers and doesn't have specific subjects you need them in.
