I just got an e-mail from Binghamton talking about how they are a highly rated "green" campus. At the bottom of the e-mail it said "now...check the status of your application!" I went to check my status but nothing changed. Just wanted to know if anyone else got a similar e-mail, and if they know that they got in, or am I just too sensitive about this whole process.

i got an email too, but it wasn’t about bing being a “green” campus, just about its excellent academics and blah blah blah. but the link at the bottom said the same thing. i went to the status checker and there’s nothing there. according to the “pay your deposit” trick i was accepted but i think this email went to everyone…

they need to stop teasing us though, for real.

I got that email too. Yeah, Bing, stop sending
me emails that make it seem like I’ve been accepted when I haven’t been.

^^^^^^^^^
That’s how I feel as well!

My daughter received 2emails one about filing fafsa and the other About academic excellence. She can’t login to pay your deposit :(

npm,

You aren’t entering the correct b# or P/W. Once logged in you will see eligible or ineligible to pay your deposit. Otherwise, you won’t know by this method

My daughter received the same two emails… really terrible thing to do to the kids! Villanova did the same thing sending the FAFSA email, then she got deferred the next day!
