<p>The website says the "suggested" deadlines for fall undergrad freshmen admissions are:</p>
<p>Submitted Application- 1/15
Completed Application- 2/15</p>
<p>Now, what do they mean by submitted versus completed application? Is submitted application the SUNY app, while completed application the supplement?</p>
