My tab was blank but now all the info is back
No change for my daughter. Submitted 10/22 in state. Has everyone whoās been accepted submitted an SAT/ACT? We did TO and wondering if thatās why we havenāt heard yet. So stressful. Do they release more decisions in the same week or do we need to wait another week?
My son applied EA, in state on 10/26. No test scores. 4.0 GPA. School of Management. We have not heard anything either.
I applied in state on 10/29 to Harpur, submitted test scores. Havenāt heard back either.
I submitted 10/26 with SAT to Harpur and I havenāt heard back yet. Hopefully soon! Good luck!!!
Submitted 10/31 with SAT to Harpurā¦nothing yet.
Daughter just admitted! Received an e-mail about 7:30pm EST to check portal. We stopped to talked to her right after the varsity bball game she was cheering ended. She as nervous and made us wait as she logged in. Confetti! Congrats to everyone who heard/hears and hang in there if you are still waiting!
Stats: Applied 10/15, OOS, College of Arts and Sciences as a Statistics major. Rank: 1st in class but VERY SMALL grade (32 kids total), ACT 29, UW GPA 4.0, a few AP and CCP classes, some service and volunteer work, NHS. Both parents are alumni ā we met there in fact and fondly refer to the school as SUNY-B and the Colonials =)
Fingers crossed for you all!
I tried to scroll back and search for an answer but anyone who is familiar with BU and acceptances, when is merit money awarded (or is it awarded upon acceptance) ā if there is even any at all to award? We are OOS and assume she wonāt receive any merit from BU because her stats are (in my opinion, FWIW) on the lower end. Thanks in advance.
My daughter received her acceptance last night to Harpur. In state.
When did she apply?
She applied 10/15. A few of her friends with similar stats who applied the same timeframe got their decisions two weeks ago.
Do they release decisions more than once per week?
Hopefully!! The waiting is torture.
To make those still waiting feel betterā¦ my high stat kid (who was just accepted to a different top school ED) is in state and still hasnāt heard from Binghamton, and neither have many of his high stat friends. So itās hard to know how decisions are being released. (And yes, he is withdrawing his Binghamton app today.)
Congratulations. In your case if you got into a top school, it is probably yield protection.
Congrats to your son on the ED!
I donāt think that Binghamton does yield protection.
Not sure. But they could still delay decisions for high stat students past the Ivy ED dates.
Thank you!
Just got deferred from decker š„²
