<p>I don't have much information other than that found on each website, but according to USNWR engineering major ranking, Buffalo is among those listed in the top 100 schools with undergrad engineering and Binghamton is not on the list.</p>
<p>Any comparisons anyone can make that actually knows about either of both of the programs.</p>

<p>Personally, I like Bing and its general reputation, size, etc. but there is more to know.</p>
