I understand that the first 60 questions are common to both tests and that the last 20 are specific to E or M. I want to know if you’re allowed to see both sets of questions before your choose E or M. Do you think there’s even enough time to go through both sets and decide which one is better? Or should I go in knowing exactly which section I’m going to take.
When I took Bio, our teacher told us that we should choose M because the school course was more molecular biology oriented. That is, we knew that we wouldn’t be learning much ecology or environmental systems (more heavy in E) and would learn more in depth about body’s systems and details etc (M molecular). Everyone at my school takes M. I would ask your teacher to try finding out if what you’ve learned already leans one direction. That said, probably a look at the information in prep books for E/M combined might help.
