I took Honors Bio in 9th grade and took the Bio-E Subject test at the end of the course. However, I didn't really know anything about the SAT II's and didn't study at all. I thought I did horrible and almost canceled my score. Luckily I scored a 640. However, two years down the line, I want to bring that up to a 700 or above. Say I do a bunch of practice tests over the summer and skim through chapters in the review books, will this be probable? I'm not going to go crazy and put in hours a day, but if I complete a review book will I be able to get a 700 two years after taking the course?

Well, I can tell you what I am doing right now. I took Honors Biology in my sophomore year and I need an additional SAT Subject Test under my belt, so I have been self-studying the PR SAT Biology book for the June administration. You probably need to pick up a prep book to refresh your memory. A lot of what I learned in honors biology came back to me, but some more advanced things (such as every single step of cellular respiration) I didn't know. Prep book + practices tests along with some hard work should get you (and I, I hope) above a 700.
